Testimonials about our iQBio™, BioCert® and BioSaf® products -
Guardian™ XL Door Lock -
- "I am really impressed at the engineering on this lock (BioCert®
Guardian XL99). The simplicity of it is most remarkable.
Most of the time these type of mechanisms are "over"
engineered. Often times this "over" engineering is the
result of the designer not understanding the manufacturing
process or the functionality of the device or both. Who ever
put this design together did an excellent job.
We have a few rental homes and after a trial period on my
home I may install my lock on one of the rentals this
summer. If it works out well in that application I will put
them on all of our properties. Often times renters loose
their keys and are embarrassed to ask to let in. This can
result in someone going in through a window or if they are
desperate enough they will force the door. When tenants move
out often times we need to change locks. So this lock may be
the answer." - Bob W. (Wisconsin)
- "Just have to say .... WOW" Stephen S. (Florida)
- "Wow this thing is amazing! best piece of future
technology for your money." Ryan N. (Hawaii)
- "Thank you for being so damn efficient. It is rare to
deal with a company on the internet that truly defines
efficiency. As a 7 year Army veteran I also appreciated the
support our troop lanyard and bracelet. Keep up the good
work. " Owen L. (Washington)

Customer Experiences with the iQBioSafe
We
have many of our customers that mount these
items into their Cars, RV's, Trucks and I myself
have mounted one in my new Travel Trailer.
The iQBioSafe™ makes a great place to store
all of the stuff that you don't want to carry
with you, but don't want to get stolen.
The names of some of these customers need to
remain anonymous - you'll see why.
Fun In the Backwoods
Many
of our customers comment that they store much
more than their weapons in their BioSaf®
... I remember one frantic call I
got from a customer that had mounted his INPRINT
in his RV. He was absolutely beside
himself that he couldn't get his safe to open.
This Gentleman told me that his wife's
medication was stuck inside the safe and she
needed it "right away". I told him to calm
down and walked him through opening the safe
manually with the emergency key override.
The BioSaf®
was unable to open with the door being
jammed from the inside because he had placed all
of his valuables inside before going for a walk.
His wallet, keys, maps, passports, medication,
coins, and the safe was quite clearly overloaded
to the point that papers were sticking out the
front cover. This is what we found was
jamming the mechanism.
I was so worried throughout this entire
ordeal because I kept remembering that his
wife's medication was inside the safe. All
I could think about was Heart Medication,
Nitro-Glycerin, Pain Killers, Insulin or some
other life saving drug that she needed
immediately was not available.
After 5 minutes on the phone he was able to
open the safe with the emergency key that he had
dutifully saved in a secure location. He
let out a huge sigh of relief and said - "Thank
God - my wife can now get her birth control
pills."
I hope he didn't hear me laughing as I hung
up the phone.
iPod
I had one customer that told me he mounted
the BioSaf® in his hatchback. His
car was broken into in the mall parking lot, but
the thieves could not break his iPod out of his
BioSaf®. Even though they hammered
on it, the BioSâf INPRINT still opened with just
a touch of his fingerprint and he had his
"tunes".
Backup Tapes
One
harried executive called me to explain that his
information technology manager had just "toasted
the network" and left the building. Quit.
Right there on the spot. He had stated
that his team had been doing backups on tapes
and had stored them in the BioSaf® but
the only other guy that had his fingerprint in
the unit was "on vacation in Barbados" and the
tapes were inside the BioSaf®.
He was ready to take a blowtorch to the
BioSaf® to get the tapes and restore his
network when he found the BioSaf® packing box in the supply closet.
Luckily it still had the emergency key still
inside the box.
BioSaf® opened - network restored -
day saved.
Here's a lesson. When you
get the BioSaf® do a few things -
1. Register more than one finger in the safe
- we recommend one from each hand. A
simple skiing accident, sprained wrist or
wayward hammer on a weekend project can make
using the ONE fingerprint in the safe unusable.
Also register the same finger more than once.
This makes it easier for the mechanism to
recognize your fingerprint more easily.
2. Store the emergency key in a location
other than the area where you store the BioSaf®. Keep it in your desk at work,
safety deposit box, or any other secure
location. You may need it.
3. Keep the manual. You may want to add
someone else's fingerprint to the BioSaf®.
4. Familiarize yourself with the operation of
the BioSaf®. If you need to open it
late at night, with the lights off - you
probably should practice.
